**STORE COORDINATOR** **Job Description:** Main responsibilities: • Coordinate daily store operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all areas (customer service, cash register, inventory and visual merchandising); • Monitor and guide the sales and support team, promoting a positive work environment, attention to detail and excellent customer service; • Ensure the store's visual standards are maintained—cleanliness, organization, scent and product display; • Manage inventory, tracking incoming and outgoing stock and identifying restocking needs; • Support sales strategies, campaigns, targets and new product launches; • Monitor team performance, providing daily feedback and guidance; • Handle unexpected issues and ensure a positive experience for both customers and staff; • Ensure compliance with internal store procedures, safety and workplace integrity; • Act as a liaison between the team and management, communicating information and contributing ideas and improvements. **Requirements:** Desired: • Previous experience in team coordination or leadership within retail; • Organized, proactive and empathetic when dealing with people; • Good communication skills, charisma and passion for beauty and nails; **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday through Saturday. **Benefits:** Meal allowance BRL 200.00 and transportation voucher. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas website!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
