




Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in food assembly; wash and prepare leafy vegetables; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1. Pre-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2. Pre-prepare salads. 3. Pre-prepare desserts. 4. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5. Wash and prepare leafy vegetables, fruits, and side dishes. 6. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8. Collect and identify food samples. 9. Receive meal vouchers (when assigned to this activity and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor). 10. Perform related tasks. 11. Restock food and replace buffet containers. 12. Be responsible for health and safety, as well as implement norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
