Responsibilities and duties: * Plan, organize, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities; * Develop maintenance schedules for machines and equipment; * Monitor maintenance performance and efficiency indicators (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, among others); * Control spare parts and materials inventory required for maintenance; * Record and monitor service orders, ensuring execution within deadlines and quality standards; * Support failure analysis and propose improvements to increase equipment reliability; * Assist in managing third-party maintenance contracts; * Prepare managerial reports on maintenance costs, performance, and effectiveness; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal departmental procedures.
