




The **Creative Assistant** of the **Communication and Marketing Directorate** is primarily responsible for developing graphic, digital, and audiovisual materials for institutional and multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the University's brand identity and architecture. The role's mission is to transform concepts and requests into creative and functional solutions, acting from conception to finalization of materials, contributing to visual consistency, innovation, and effectiveness in communication. **Responsibilities and duties** * Create graphic and digital materials for communication projects, presentations, various layouts, and multichannel communication and marketing campaigns; * Develop graphic and digital materials according to the University's brand identity and/or sub-brands, respecting brand architecture and guidelines outlined in the brand guide; * Extend communication and marketing materials and campaigns; * Support the creative development of communication projects based on guidance from planning and client service teams; * Participate in brainstorming meetings and contribute proposals and creative solutions according to needs; * Master the processes of creation and graphic composition, principles of visual design, typography, color palette, information hierarchy, and manipulation of photographic images; * Master the process of finalizing and preparing files for media and print production; * Master the process of finalizing and preparing files for digital media. **Requirements and qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Completed degree in Social Communication – Advertising and Public Relations or Design; * Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creation, design, and editing tools; * Previous experience in art direction and video editing is desirable. **Desired skills and competencies:** * Resilience; * Organization; * Good communication; * Proactivity; * Ability to work in a team; * "Spark in the eyes" (self-motivation and genuine interest) **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental plan * Childcare reimbursement for children up to 4 years old * Educational assistance covering up to 80% of undergraduate tuition and 50% of postgraduate tuition * Free parking * Supplementary private pension plan * Year-end holiday break *If you believe in meaningful work that creates value and positive impact in society and the University,* ***JOIN PUCRS!*** At PUCRS, we believe every person can transform the world, and this is what drives us every day to be all that we can be.
