




We are seeking a **Mid-Level Communication Analyst** to join our team, responsible for planning, producing, and distributing institutional and informative content that strengthens the organization's image, promotes transparency, and engages internal and external audiences. The candidate must have a journalistic profile, mastery of corporate language, and the ability to build strategic narratives that clearly and effectively communicate the company’s objectives. **Responsibilities:** Produce journalistic content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, digital displays) and external channels (official website, social media, press releases); Conduct interviews, cover corporate events, and develop storylines in coordination with internal departments; Develop scripts for institutional videos, podcasts, and other media; Manage relationships with media outlets and influencers, drafting press notes and releases, and monitoring publications; Support internal communication and internal marketing campaigns aligned with organizational culture; Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports; Ensure consistency in brand language and identity across all produced materials. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in **Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields**; Previous experience in **Corporate Communications, Internal Marketing, or Public Relations**; Excellent command of **Portuguese language** and **journalistic writing skills**; Knowledge in **planning and managing content for digital media**; Strong interpersonal communication and strategic brand vision.
