Job Summary: The Content Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing relevant content for the Clube do Valor's social media channels, bringing the audience closer to financial peace of mind. Your purpose will be to ensure our social media channels serve as a conduit for connection, interaction, and customer acquisition—delivering value through content that brings our audience closer to achieving financial peace of mind. **YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Research and produce relevant content on investments, entrepreneurship, and business for Clube do Valor's social media accounts—including reels/short\-form videos, static posts, carousels, and stories—aligned with the editorial calendar defined by the team; * Schedule full publications, ensuring all aspects are covered: posting, caption creation, and interaction monitoring (comments and performance); * Contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency; * Analyze content metrics; **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** **Required Qualifications:** * Strong command of written and spoken Portuguese, and general communication skills; * Active social media user; * Lifelong Learning \- consistently updated on social media management; * Experience in digital marketing; * Basic design knowledge (Canva); * Certification: none required; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (any field); **Desired Qualifications:** * Basic data analysis knowledge (problem/solution) is a plus; * Basic investment knowledge is a plus; * Persuasive writing (copywriting) skills adapted for social media; * Strong self-management abilities; * Basic Notion knowledge. **OUR BENEFITS** **HEALTH** **Conexa Saúde:** We value mental health care, so we cover up to 4 therapy sessions per month. **Health Insurance:** We value our employees' health!
