At Dr. Hair — a leading clinic in non-surgical hair health and aesthetics — we’re looking for a Senior Unit Manager to lead a rapidly growing operation. Your purpose will be to ensure a highly profitable unit with an engaged team and delighted customers, maintaining the brand’s excellence standards. Manage the unit’s full operation (customer service, scheduling, inventory, facilities). Lead, develop, and monitor team performance. Track KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, average transaction value, NPS). Implement routines, processes, and quality standards. Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue. Ensure excellence throughout the customer journey — from first contact through post-service. Report results and action plans to the executive leadership. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Proven experience as a unit, store, clinic, or service operation manager. Experience managing customer service and/or sales teams. Proficiency in performance metrics (KPIs) and visual management routines. Hands-on profile, results-oriented, and process-driven. Availability for on-site work during business hours, including Saturdays. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in aesthetic clinics, healthcare, dentistry, or franchises. Prior experience in high-customer-volume businesses. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service management tools. Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
