Employee support and enforcement of internal policies * Process payroll, labor charges, and benefits; * Carry out hiring, dismissals, and exit interviews; * Manage vacations, leaves of absence, electronic time tracking, and time banking; * Record and verify labor charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF); * Manage and submit eSocial obligations; * Generate reports, internal controls, and provide employee support; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
