Dynamic environment with challenges and development **Commercial Assistant** ------------------------ *We are looking for a* ***Commercial Assistant*** *to support the sales team and management, directly contributing to the organization, customer service, and efficiency of sales and customer relationship processes.* **Job Mission** Support the sales team and management in performing operational activities, contributing to the efficiency of sales, customer service, and customer relationship processes. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Verify data and documents related to orders * Contact customers to validate information and clarify doubts * Record and update information for new contracts * Prepare reports to support management * Monitor sales campaigns and assist in lead management * Distribute leads to the sales team according to defined criteria * Provide customer service support when necessary * Assist in the use of commercial tools and processes * Support internal departmental communication, ensuring information alignment ***What We Look for in You:*** Completed high school; Previous experience in sales and customer service; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative routines; Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM with 1h30 lunch break. \| Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM Communicative, proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. ***Voa Benefits:*** Meal allowance / food voucher; Transportation voucher; Attendance bonus; Special internet plan; Hospital health insurance.
