Job Summary: The Billing Supervisor organizes and supervises billing activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes effective communication and team training The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing billing processes, organizing activities collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and regulatory-compliant billing delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize billing activities and routines together with the team by mapping departmental needs; * Monitor pending items from other departments to prevent accumulation of medical records, interacting with respective area leads; * Present departmental results to management through pre-established reports and indicators; * Ensure closure of all inpatient discharges by daily monitoring of management system reports; * Execute billing for inpatient and outpatient accounts by verifying medical records and other relevant patient care documents, as well as administrative auditing; * Verify transmitted files via access to the health portal, resolving errors and rejections; * Organize pre\-billing activities and routines together with the team; * Promote effective communication among areas involved in the billing process; * Conduct team training and disseminate knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields; * Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** Working hours: * 08:00 to 18:00 \- Monday to Friday We offer: * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (no monthly fee); * Bradesco Dental Plan; * Life insurance;
