Ensuring patient compliance and safety **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and organize the work of the administrative team, reception, and cleaning staff. * **Operations and Processes:** Develop and supervise workflows, patient scheduling, medical records, and care protocols. * **Finance and Costs:** Control budgets, billing for health insurance plans, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement of supplies. * **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), prepare managerial reports, and implement process improvements to optimize time and reduce costs. * **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure compliance with technical standards, healthcare regulations (ANVISA), and patient safety requirements. * **Coordination:** Act as a liaison among multidisciplinary teams, patients, and suppliers to resolve pending issues and guarantee service quality. **Common Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields. * Skills in leadership, communication, and organization. * Knowledge of clinical management systems (medical software) and technical terminology.
