We seek a professional focused on financial operations, ensuring data organization, reliability, and business decision support. This person will play an essential role in executing and controlling the company’s financial routines, collaborating closely with internal departments and also interacting with external clients, ensuring process fluidity and information quality within a dynamic SaaS B2B context. **What your day-to-day will include** * Support internal departments and external clients, ensuring agility, clarity, and quality in interactions; * Perform revenue reconciliation, ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial data; * Build and maintain reports featuring the company’s key performance indicators, evolving toward automated dashboards; * Reconcile MRR across systems such as HubSpot and Superlógica, aiming to reduce manual interventions; * Manage billing processes, structuring automated communication workflows and billing sequences; * Review entries related to churn, upsell, downsell, and renewals, ensuring data consistency; * Monitor and execute contract renewal processes, proposing efficiency improvements; * Manage partner commissions, progressing toward more automated and auditable processes; * Lead financial automation projects, mapping manual processes and implementing scalable improvements; * Structure and optimize workflows, reducing rework and risk; * Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless financial operations; * Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, proposing continuous process improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you** * \+4 years of experience in financial routines, preferably in dynamic environments; * Experience improving processes and leading financial automation projects; * Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and database organization); * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Willingness to work onsite in São Leopoldo. **Nice-to-have** * Experience in SaaS companies; Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Superlógica, and Conta Azul. * **What will set you apart here** * Analytical profile with focus on efficiency and continuous improvement; * Ability to assess processes and identify automation opportunities; * Organization and discipline to work autonomously; * Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and clients; Fast learning ability and curiosity to explore new solutions. * **Additional Information** **Liked it?
