Job Summary: The Systems Audit Specialist will lead IT audit projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and the efficiency of internal IT controls. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and ensure system integrity. \- Internal Audit at Lojas Renner S.A. is seeking a **Systems Audit Specialist**, focused on **Information Technology** and **Information Security** audit projects, to work in POA\- RS. **Responsibilities and Duties** The **Systems Audit Specialist** will be responsible for leading and conducting audits related to the technology area, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and the efficiency of IT internal controls. They will collaborate with various company departments, focusing on process improvement and ensuring the integrity of corporate information and systems. Key responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and execute audits of **IT systems, infrastructure, and processes**, aligned with internal policies and applicable regulations; * Evaluate and propose improvements to **Identity and Access Management** controls; * Conduct analyses on **IT Governance and Risk**, identifying vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities; * Support audits related to **Information Security**, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, LGPD, COBIT); * Assess the effectiveness of **IT Service and Project Management** processes, ensuring adherence to corporate standards; * Participate in **Business Continuity** initiatives, contributing to contingency and recovery plans; * Monitor compliance with **regulatory requirements and standards**, preparing technical reports and executive recommendations for senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT fields; * Experience in external audit (Big4\) with focus on IT and Information Security processes; * English – Technical reading and writing proficiency; * Spanish – Reading proficiency. Desirable: * Experience in large enterprises with robust internal audit structures; * Knowledge of programming logic/languages and analytics; * Familiarity with IBM Cognos, Power BI, or similar BI tools. **Additional Information** **Work Location: POA\- RS** **Hybrid Work Model\- 3 days office / 2 days remote** What excites you?
