We are seeking a Data Engineering, BI, and AI Lead to lead the teams responsible for building and evolving data and analytics platforms. The individual will be responsible for delivering scalable, business-aligned data, managing people, processes, and technology. They will play a strategic role in defining standards, data governance, and engaging with business verticals to support data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead Data Engineering, BI, and AI teams * Plan, prioritize, and track backlog and roadmap deliveries * Serve as the interface between technical and business areas * Monitor team and solution performance metrics * Ensure data quality, availability, and governance **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in Data Engineering and BI * Prior experience coordinating or leading technical teams * Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools * Knowledge of cloud-based data architecture and data governance * Proficiency in SQL or Python and expertise in Power BI **Desirable / additional:** * Strategic vision and results orientation * Strong communication and conflict management skills * Postgraduate degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields * Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps) * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) **Additional information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is January 12, 2026.** Location: Porto Alegre/RS or São Paulo/SP Work model: Hybrid.
