Interdepartmental collaboration and operational optimization **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Preferred: MBA or Supply Chain courses; practical experience in inventory, transportation, and distribution management; Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; People management; **Industry experience preferred;** Residence in Guaíba. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products on the production line; Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure production-line stock levels are adequate to meet operational demand; Recruit, train, and supervise the internal logistics team; Assign tasks and set goals for team members, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined; Develop and implement strategies to optimize internal logistics processes; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other company areas; Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency; Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
