Opportunity to work at a leading mobility company * Ensure the control process for temporary labor services across Operations—from initial contact with suppliers and Operations teams, through monitoring, to invoice posting/payment to suppliers. * Ensure all processes comply with pre-established company policies and are executed within the company's standard SLAs. * Conduct emergency budgeting/negotiations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles. **Additional Information** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time and task organization, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
