Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial leader to solve problems, ensure commission payments, and drive the real estate agents' team forward by leveraging digital marketing and strengthening market relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team development of real estate agents 2. Focus on process optimization and problem solving 3. Digital marketing strategies and customer prospecting **Responsibilities:** Serve as the go-to reference for your team of real estate agents, resolving issues with agility and efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely commission payments. Guarantee that your team fully understands the commission structure and earning opportunities. Encourage active prospecting and the use of social media to expand client acquisition. Support content creation for promotion and dissemination of best practices across the team. Apply basic digital marketing boosting skills. Act as the strategic point of contact with regional leadership, CCA, credit, HR, and management. Resolve local challenges and strengthen relationships with the market and MRV. Implement agile and practical solutions to optimize processes. Simplify the use of internal systems, promoting autonomy without requiring complex training. **Requirements:** Prior experience as a leader or manager in commercial roles, preferably within the real estate sector. Excellent communication skills and leadership ability. Solid knowledge of commission structures and sales strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media. Ability to effectively solve problems and implement practical solutions.
