Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Technical Assistance department, ensuring smooth handling of service requests and communication with customers. Act as a liaison between customers, technical team, and other departments Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Technical Assistance department, ensuring smooth handling of service requests, ticket control, document organization, customer communication, and support to the technical team. Acts as a liaison between customers, the technical team, and other company departments. * Receive, register, and track technical assistance requests (opening and closing of service orders); * Monitor service deadlines and technicians' return times, ensuring compliance; * Schedule and track technical visits, organizing routes and service schedules; * Maintain direct contact with customers to update service status and confirm appointments; * Prepare service reports, including parts used, technical hours, and associated costs; * Enter information into the internal system (service orders, invoices, checklists); * Support the finance department in service billing, invoice issuance, and payment tracking; * Contribute to improving administrative and operational processes within technical assistance; * Support technical coordination with daily tasks and field team management.
