Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee unit operations, focused on results and excellence in customer service, leading teams and driving business growth. Monitor performance indicators and drive results We are looking for a **Unit Manager** with leadership capabilities, a results-driven mindset, and commitment to service excellence, to manage unit operations and ensure a high-level experience for students and staff. We seek a professional capable of leading teams, tracking key metrics, driving results, and ensuring smooth operational functioning—contributing to the business’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage unit operations, ensuring excellence in service and student experience; * Lead, develop, and supervise teams (instructors, reception, sales, and cleaning); * Monitor performance indicators such as sales, churn, retention, NPS, and goal attainment; * Strategically drive plan sales, upgrades, and promotional initiatives; * Ensure execution of operational, administrative, and financial processes at the unit; * Monitor and optimize routines using gym management systems; * Implement initiatives to increase revenue, improve student retention, and boost unit product sales; * Foster a collaborative, engaged, and results-oriented environment. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Physical Education, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior leadership experience; * Experience managing gyms, fitness studios, or service-based businesses; * Experience managing KPIs and targets; * Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines; * Familiarity with management systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the fitness segment; * Commercial profile with performance orientation; * Experience with customer retention and experience strategies.
