




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, technical consulting, sales, product display control, and support in store management and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on sales, inventory control, and store maintenance Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical advisory support when necessary, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to conducting sales, assist in controlling product displays to ensure the store's appearance and cleanliness are maintained. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Provide specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Automotive industry knowledge is desirable.
