If you have team management experience and seek an attractive, goal-based compensation package, this is the place for you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver results. * **Commercial Focus:** Monitor daily performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of revenue targets. * **Store Operations:** Supervise store layout organization, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures. * **Customer Service:** Ensure excellence in customer service and conflict resolution. * **Strategy:** Develop action plans to boost store sales and profitability. **Requirements** * Prior experience in store supervision or management (preferably in electronics/telecommunications retail). * Resilient, proactive profile with strong goal orientation. * People management and talent development skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday, from **09:00 to 18:00**. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package where your performance determines your earnings: * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00\. * **Variable Compensation:** Commission of **1.3% on revenue**, contingent upon meeting targets. * *Average example:* On R$ 112k revenue, commission amounts to **R$ 1\.456,00**. * **Estimated Total Earnings (Base + Variable):** R$ 3\.956,00\. * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 300.00/month. * **Transportation Allowance.** * **Health Insurance:** Access to plan (monthly fee applies).
