This **Sales Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring the customer delight process, supervising and guiding all store activities. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and execute sales, and attend to customers; * Supervise, guide, develop, and integrate the entire sales team; communicate company-established technical norms and procedures; and disseminate the organizational culture; * Perform administrative routines related to store processes and staff; * Lead teams and encourage the use of tools for managing store processes, people, digital tools, etc. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Experience leading retail teams in small-, medium-, or large-sized companies; * Availability for travel; * Passion for fashion and alignment with our business; * Proficiency with digital tools; * Prior experience in the fashion segment is desirable.
