To sustain our brands and growth, we seek individuals engaged with our business who focus their efforts on exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers! **Opportunity** to work as an **Indirect Procurement Assistant** at our **Administrative Center** in **Dois Irmãos/RS.** Join the **Herval Group** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue purchase orders and invoices, ensuring proper formalization of procurement processes; * Support internal customers by responding to requests related to indirect procurement needs; * Assist in analyzing and resolving discrepancies among invoices, purchase requests, and purchase orders; * Register and update suppliers in the system, ensuring data integrity; * Verify, track, and release purchase requests, monitoring deadlines, negotiated values, and delivery terms; * Support control and organization of departmental demands, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in customer service/administrative activities. **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION (PREFERRED):** SAP system knowledge. * **Additional Information** **HERE’S A TIP:** * We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys debating ideas, and seeks ways to help both the company and colleagues continuously improve.
