Train and develop the team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills **Company, a client of DOM's, is seeking: Retail Store Manager** **Responsibilities:** * Oversee all store operations, implementing actions to achieve sales and profitability goals. * Monitor and present key metrics (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate) and adjust strategies promptly to maintain momentum and meet objectives. * Ensure adherence to established standards and processes. * Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and implement customer engagement initiatives. * Act proactively, resolve issues, and drive daily store performance. * Monitor inventory levels and order new products as needed. * Train and develop the team to improve product knowledge and sales skills. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience in retail management or similar roles. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions. * Problem-solving capability. * Flexible availability. * Must reside in the region, preferably Parobé, Sapiranga, Campo Bom, Taquara, or Novo Hamburgo.
