Handling after-sales support and warranty services We are seeking a **Sales/Store Manager** to lead the sales team and ensure operational and service excellence. The professional will be responsible for organizing the product mix, monitoring sales performance, managing people, and supporting logistics and after-sales demands. **Responsibilities:** * Organize the **product mix** and store layout, ensuring attractive and sales-strategy-aligned product displays; * **Coordinate and supervise the sales team**, providing support and motivation to achieve targets; * Manage **store logistics**, including freight control and coordination with the warehouse; * Handle **after-sales support and warranty services**, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in after-sales; * Support general management and contribute to achieving revenue targets. **Requirements and Personal Competencies:** * Ability to **exercise leadership** and engage teams; * **Emotional balance** to handle challenging situations; * Ease in **interacting with customers** and **resolving adverse situations**; * **Autonomy** and proactivity in day-to-day decision-making; * **Dynamism** and results orientation.
