Focus on quality, inventory control, and loss reduction **Join the Passarela team!** **Interested candidates, please send your resume to 51\-981019811** **Your responsibilities will be in the bakery department** * Thoroughly understand products manufactured and sold in the department, as well as sanitary surveillance/SIM/SIE regulations and requirements applicable to the bakery department; * Plan, organize, and coordinate product replenishment in appropriate locations within the bakery to ensure product quality and timely commercialization (stock turnover); * Be responsible for product pricing and expiration dates, as well as stock verification/inventory; * Ensure production complies with Passarela standards (technical specifications and product display); * Supervise and mediate relationships among employees and between employees and customers; * Define, together with the store manager, the required staffing levels, work schedules, and number of employees, considering seasonal fluctuations (by hour/week/month);\- * Daily pursuit of reducing product losses and breakages caused by handling errors, lack of attention during handling, temperature issues, receiving problems, etc.; * Maintain constant scrutiny during product receiving, demanding quality; * Comply with and enforce all merchandise handling procedures, prioritizing accurate inventory control to prevent losses, stockouts, and other damages; * Preserve machinery and equipment used in the department, observing preventive maintenance; * Provide support to your team; * Collaborate with HR in hiring new staff for the department and training new employees; * Conduct functional evaluations of each new employee during their probationary period; * Prepare work schedules for teams under your responsibility and submit them to the store manager for approval during the week preceding the start of the month. * Manage employees’ working hours; * Hold team meetings to review results and define actions; * Issue warnings, suspensions, or terminations as necessary, in accordance with company policy; * Monitor sales indicators for your area, loss indices, and set measurable and achievable tasks and goals for your team, holding them accountable; * Continuously pursue department growth, team motivation, and customer satisfaction; * Demonstrate teamwork spirit, assisting wherever needed.
