We have an opening for you to become a **Select Customer Specialist High**, where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary subject-matter expert in your area. **Your role here will be:** Responsible for managing established customer portfolios within the Select universe, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory services with a focus on profitability, relationship management, and retention. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver consultative service by alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; * Conduct personalized financial planning, advising on portfolio options; * Identify and develop upgrade opportunities to Select Ultra High; * Identify opportunities for portfolio upgrades and performance growth. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; * Negotiation and active listening skills; * Close engagement in portfolio management; * Ability to build long-term relationships; * Investment acumen and decisiveness. **Education/Certifications** * CPA 20 (mandatory); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
