TOWARDS 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Opportunity** We seek an E\-commerce Coordinator with strategic and integrated business vision, responsible for leading the digital channel, ensuring execution of strategy, managing the team and partners, and delivering e\-commerce commercial and financial results. **Commercial, Product, and Performance Management** * Lead planning and execution of the e\-commerce commercial calendar, aligning product, marketing, and sales targets; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sell-out), focusing on turnover, margin, conversion, and results; * Support procurement strategy (sell-in) based on historical data, demand, and forecasts; * Coordinate commercial processes including assortment, procurement, photography, and product listing; * Ensure alignment among product mix, communication, and website presentation; * Monitor KPIs and propose data-driven action plans. **Digital Marketing and Product Strategy** * Define and execute the channel’s product and communication strategy, aligned with brand positioning; * Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring investment efficiency; * Coordinate partners and suppliers (media, CRM, social, design, content), ensuring consistency between communication and performance; * Support development of campaigns, launches, and commercial activations; * Manage pricing, communication, and promotional processes on the platform; * Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement; * Generate analyses and insights to support decision-making. **People, Process, and Supplier Management** * Lead, organize, and prioritize team activities; * Structure processes that ensure operational efficiency and delivery quality; * Monitor performance, validate deliverables, and support team development; * Manage suppliers, ensuring deadlines, scope, and costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in E\-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, or related areas; Solid experience in e\-commerce and digital marketing; Experience in people management. **Differentiators** Knowledge of performance media and CRM;
