TOWARDS 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and operate the whistleblowing channel, ensuring receipt, analysis, and proper routing of reports. * Conduct corporate investigations in a technical, ethical, and fully impartial manner. * Conduct interviews using structured scripts, ensuring neutrality and respect for all parties involved. * Prepare investigative reports and consultative opinions regarding compliance with internal policies and the Code of Conduct. * Provide consultative support to internal departments, advising on risks of violating company policies, regulations, and procedures. * Manage training controls, monitor KPIs, document evidence, and maintain records. * Develop materials and presentations for reporting to the Statutory Audit Committee (SAC). * Participate in training and communication activities related to the Code of Conduct, reinforcing an ethical culture. * Perform risk analyses and support continuous improvement of Compliance processes. * Use corporate systems (including external platforms such as Contato Seguro) to extract and process data, consolidating information in Excel. * Collaborate with departments such as Internal Audit, People \& Management, and Internal Controls to ensure policy adherence. * Demonstrate maturity, empathy, clear communication, and non-judgmental conduct when handling sensitive situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills (data processing, KPIs, information consolidation). * Knowledge of Compliance topics, including corporate ethics, Code of Conduct, and internal policies. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Knowledge of SAP. * Experience with whistleblowing channels (including platforms such as Contato Seguro) is considered a plus. * Additional courses or training in Governance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or related areas. * English proficiency is considered a plus. * Excellent business writing, effective communication, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive topics. * Ability to act ethically, impartially, flexibly, and
