**Job Objective**
The coordinator will manage all internal logistics—from receiving goods through to supplying production lines (Assembly, Machining, and Forming)—and will be responsible for cyclic inventory, storage in intermediate warehouses, material dispatch and receipt at third-party sites, and internal logistics routes.
Their mission is to manage teams and foster team engagement, aiming to improve individual and collective delivery performance, enhance process efficiency, monitor KPIs, and propose improvements.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree completed in Logistics, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Logistics routing (mechanized and automated);
* Kanban;
* Cyclic and general inventory;
* KPI-based management;
* Manual and automated warehousing and picking techniques;
* Logistics technologies such as AGV, WMS, and Voice/Light Picking;
* 100% receiving inspection;
* Production orders and reporting;
* Management of material handling equipment;
* Preventive and corrective maintenance management for material handling equipment;
* Sequenced production supply;
* People and process management;
* Knowledge of NBR standards related to material handling logistics;
* Knowledge of TOC and STP.

Work schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (Monday to Friday)
