Hiring for January/2026 Schedule: Availability for 6x1 shift pattern (shifts to be arranged) Main Responsibilities: * Set up, adjust, and operate production machines; * Ensure machine quality through execution of tests, frequency checks, and established standards; * Maintain machine cleanliness and department organization; * Preserve equipment by performing corrective and preventive maintenance; * Conduct inspections on production parts according to the inspection plan; * Perform rework on parts when necessary; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Prepare, replace tooling, and perform release as required by process documentation; * Execute daily routines inherent to the process (checklists, control routines, and other records); * Report production output and record production stoppages; * Resolve minor issues on equipment, requesting corrective and preventive maintenance whenever necessary; * Implement the non-conforming product reaction plan (PSI002).
