Enforce team organization and cleanliness, equipment maintenance through service requests or work orders. Ensure that records completed by subordinates are performed correctly; properly complete production records, both PA and NI and ME generation records. Conduct performance evaluations, hiring, dismissals, enforcement of regulations, and overall personnel administration; foster, within the team and among peers, an environment conducive to personal and professional development and growth. Requirements and qualifications Experience in the food industry is desirable, completed undergraduate degree, knowledge of bagging and extrusion, and flexible availability for working hours.
