Opportunity for learning and professional development A growing company is hiring a **Production Assistant** for Fazenda Rio Grande. **Main Responsibilities:** • Assist in packaging, checking cartridge quality, plunger, and expiration date; pack and stack finished product boxes onto pallets. • Supply raw materials and/or inputs to machines and the production line. • Move packaging materials and finished products. • Feed the date-coding and packaging conveyor belt, configuring printer settings to print information on cartridges and boxes. • Assist operators with machine cleaning; maintain and carry out cleaning of the production area and company premises, contributing to the 5S program and departmental organization. • Perform quality inspection of finished products and report deviations to the area manager. • Enter data from the Filling Order into the delivery note, verify quantity and quality, and identify the pallet for logistics release. • Assist with daily tasks assigned by the manager. • Verify that batches delivered by logistics comply with the Production Order. • Adjust conveyor belt speed. • Train and mentor new assistants. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed; Previous experience as a Production Assistant; Basic mechanics training and experience operating filling machines are preferred.
