Job Summary: This professional will ensure product quality, enter data into the system, perform maintenance tasks, and provide technical support for machine-related processes, with a focus on setup and adjustment. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure data quality and correct entry into the system. 2. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. 3. Provide technical support for processes and perform machine setup/adjustment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure product quality by comparing processed parts against standard samples; Ensure accurate data entry into the system via inputting information into the Production Control Tool (INJET); Develop monthly maintenance schedules through low-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Maintain group machine control indices within standard ranges through daily monitoring; Provide technical process support by executing specific tests; Perform machine setup and adjustment; Support operators in directing activities and delivering results; **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Technology, or related fields; Experience in mold preparation, adjustment, and injection (plastic) setup; Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance; Basic Excel skills; Basic knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and quality specifications; Knowledge of robot programming; Good communication skills; Team management skills; **WORK SCHEDULE:** To be agreed upon **BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Assistance Optical Assistance Daycare Assistance Chartered Transportation (Esteio, Canoas, Sapucaia do Sul, and São Leopoldo).
