




Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for improving equipment, scheduling maintenance activities, creating maintenance histories, developing maintenance plans, performing repairs, and diagnosing faults across various equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and improvement of electrical and electronic machines and equipment. 2. Development and control of maintenance plans and maintenance histories. 3. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Improve machines, tools, and electrical and electronic equipment; Collaborate with area supervision to develop preventive maintenance schedules for equipment; Create equipment maintenance histories, including associated costs; Develop and control the maintenance plan; Assist in technical specification of purchases for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic materials; Identify and develop new suppliers of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic materials; Collect and manage technical data of equipment in the technical archive; Analyze technical proposals, install, configure, and inspect equipment/machine systems; Perform operational tasks and low- and high-risk electrical repairs; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; Maintain and repair electronic and electrical equipment such as panels, devices, precision measuring instruments, measurement clocks, digital equipment, feeders, vacuum pumps, and compressors; Maintain and repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment such as pumps, motors, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, and compressors; Use technical manuals and tables related to calculations, standards, tolerances, and electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic applications; Interpret electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic construction drawings (schematics, integrated circuits, symbols, machine drawings, etc.); Diagnose faults using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation, as well as disassemble, restore, reassemble, test, and replace components; Monitor material availability for use in the area and request stock replenishment when necessary; Install motors, machines, peripherals, and other electrical and mechanical components of equipment; Perform operational tasks when required. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical education in electronics or mechatronics; Experience in maintenance of injection molding machines; Training in electrical and mechanical maintenance; Extensive experience in general maintenance; Skills in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, electronics, and injection molding machine maintenance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 07:35 to 17:23, with a 1-hour break. **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance, Attendance bonus, Profit-sharing program (PPR), Health and dental insurance, Education assistance Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
