Job Summary: Casting operator responsible for operating casting machines and furnaces, assisting with mold changes, recording production output, and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operating casting machines and furnaces 2. Knowledge of injection molding machines 3. Focus on safety and production procedures **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate casting machines by installing pistons, bushings, and screws using appropriate tools; preheat molds; feed the injection channel with a ladle according to prior specifications. Operate casting furnaces by charging them with aluminum to produce raw materials for manufacturing. Clean casting furnaces using appropriate consumables to remove residues. Assist with mold changes. Charge casting furnaces with aluminum bars, channels, and scrap to meet production or ingot-casting requirements. Record daily production output in designated forms and/or software for supervisory control. Maintain company uniforms and equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
