




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, customer prospecting and registration, monitoring proposals and sales, and assisting in planning store activities. Assistance in planning commercial activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider – PJ Provide in-person customer service; Provide telephone customer service; Prospect customers using the CRM tool; Prospect new customers externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; Register new proposals in the system; Monitor proposals throughout the analysis process and communicate outcomes to customers (positive or negative); Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; Collaborate with the supervisor on sales origination; Assist in planning store activities together with management. Salary: R$ 2.100,00 + commission.
