Preference for candidates with teaching experience. Knowledge Electroelectronics. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Conduct instructional activities for professional training in Free-Access Courses, aligned with institutionally defined curricular content and applicable legal frameworks for professional education. Organize didactic training actions, including tasks such as structuring activity plans, preparing supporting materials, and supervising practical learning activities in external environments (e.g., companies). Maintain control and records regarding students’ progress and performance, in accordance with current regulations and legislation. Prepare individual and group reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the position’s scope. Participate in identifying and suggesting operational materials, tools, equipment, and learning environments used in professional training activities, according to technical and pedagogical standards established by the organization. Guide and execute practical activities related to installation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, integrated with the institution’s defined training objectives and in compliance with current operational procedures and technical standards. Provide technical-operational services to meet operational demands. Participate—within multidisciplinary teams—in the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects within the area of responsibility or integrated initiatives. Participate in planning, budgeting, and analysis processes—including variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials within the area of responsibility. Lead work processes within the area of responsibility or integrated initiatives.
