Job Summary: A professional responsible for transformer assembly, performing tasks such as tank, valve, radiator, and accessory assembly, as well as assisting in joint vulcanization. Focus on quality control and process optimization Responsible for participating in the transformer assembly process, performing tasks including tank assembly (installing valves and radiators, placing gaskets, assembling inspection hatches, assembling radiators, external tap-changer boxes, accessory panels, shaft valves, and vulcanizing joints), and other similar activities within the area. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in tank assembly. Assist in radiator valve assembly. Assist in gasket placement and inspection hatch cover assembly. Assist in radiator and motor-fan assembly. Assist in accessory panel assembly and its fixation to the tank. Assist in joint vulcanization. Assist in relief valve assembly when required. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions regarding assigned tasks. Exercise self-control for each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, recording results when necessary. Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to ensure they remain in optimal working and usage condition. Perform activities related to PEMT operation.
