**Responsibilities and Duties**
Assist with building maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry services at HSL and the Clinical Center, following instructions from immediate supervisors, ensuring facility preservation and integrity.
**Main Activities:**
* Transport oxygen, nitrous oxide, and nitrogen cylinders, retrieving them from storage after selecting the specific gas required by the nursing department, thereby replacing empty cylinders and meeting unit needs. Transport furniture using specialized carts, performing sector relocations as requested.
* Adjust doors and drawers using tools such as a screwdriver and Philips key set, performing necessary repairs according to demand.
* Replace and maintain external blinds, performing necessary repairs or installing new ones to ensure appropriate lighting comfort for departments or patients.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Are Looking For:**

**What You Must Have:**
* Completed elementary education.
* Training in Building Maintenance.
**Additional Information:**
* Prior experience in this field is considered an advantage;
* Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
* Work modality: On-site
