Job Summary: The Learning Designer is responsible for analyzing, structuring, and qualifying digital content to promote meaningful, accessible, and innovative learning experiences. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in developing assessment strategies and digital modeling The Learning Designer is responsible for analyzing, structuring, and qualifying digital content, ensuring pedagogical and technological alignment with PUCRS’s Online Education institutional model. Their mission is to promote meaningful, accessible, and innovative learning experiences by applying principles of microlearning and universal design, as well as collaborating in the development of assessment strategies and the modeling of digital objects and interfaces that enhance student engagement and development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and qualify digital content, ensuring alignment with PUCRS Undergraduate programs and teaching plans; * Structure and prototype multimodal content, applying principles of microlearning and instructional design to foster meaningful learning experiences; * Design formative assessment and self-regulated learning strategies to stimulate student engagement; * Ensure technological, pedagogical, and communicational accessibility requirements according to legal and institutional guidelines; * Collaborate with designers and developers in modeling learning interfaces and objects; * Research trends and implement innovative solutions in digital education; * Document processes and provide technical guidance to professionals in development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Humanities, Communication, or related fields; * Master’s or Doctoral degree (completed or in progress) preferred; * Knowledge of Brazilian legislation applicable to Distance Education (EaD) and policies related to online education; * Proficiency in producing didactic content for undergraduate instruction; * Ability to analyze, structure, and propose consistent content for diverse learning styles, ensuring methodological, technological, and communicational accessibility; * Pedagogical knowledge to develop formative assessment activities and strategies supporting students’ construction of self-regulated learning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and workflow systems; * Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables, technical consistency, and adherence to deadlines. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Daycare reimbursement for children up to 4 years old * Education assistance: up to 80% coverage for undergraduate tuition fees and 50% for postgraduate tuition fees * Free parking * Complementary private pension plan * Year-end recess If you believe in meaningful work that creates value and positive impact for society and the university, **JOIN PUCRS!** At PUCRS, we believe every person can transform the world—and this belief drives us daily to become all that we can be.
