Maintain equipment in perfect working condition by delivering priority service, performing technical maintenance, general cleaning, monitoring third-party contractors for problem resolution when issues fall outside our scope, conducting frequent security device testing and inspections, preserving visual appearance, ensuring proper location lighting, implementing solutions, and handling administrative tasks—all aimed at customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Replace supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; accompany suppliers for technical repairs; configure software; keep point-of-service visual communication up to date. * Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request required parts from logistics via system tools (ETA) and freight carriers. * Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaires, subcontractors, or maintenance companies) to perform repairs. * Remain vigilant regarding equipment security devices, checking for signs of tampering or attempted fraud. * Ensure proper signage and lighting at locations, as well as visual aspects such as paint, decals, and dirt, using cleaning materials and replacement parts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school; * Knowledge of computer maintenance (hardware and software); * Valid driver’s license (Category A or B) and personal vehicle are mandatory; * Availability to work on weekends and alternate holidays; **Additional Information** Location: Lajeado/RS Serviços Integrados TecBan was born from experience managing the largest ATM network in terms of withdrawal volume—the Banco24Horas network.
