Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning, documenting, and developing infrastructure improvement and support projects, ensuring security and high availability. Key Highlights: 1. IT Infrastructure Support and Improvement in Cloud Computing 2. Administration of Microsoft and Linux Environments 3. Focus on IT Security and Business Continuity Provide support to the IT infrastructure environment of Unimed Central de Serviços, meeting the service levels agreed upon in the Service Catalog. Plan, document, and develop IT infrastructure improvement and support projects, ensuring operational security and high availability, aligned with corporate and IT governance standards and current market technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain, provide first- and second-level support for, and propose improvements to the IT infrastructure within the Cloud Computing environment; * Maintain, provide support for, and propose improvements to IT security; * Provide technical support to the Technical Support team; * Administer, propose improvements to, and control the execution of backup routines at the infrastructure and systems layer; * Monitor Cloud computing environments using the tools provided by the company for this purpose; * Support firewall and network administration; * Support server administration in Windows and Linux environments; * Support administration of computing environments; * Support administration and monitoring of Office 365 services; * Support administration of telephony and videoconferencing systems; * Support planning, implementation, and maintenance of the business continuity plan for the company's entire technology infrastructure; * Support updating inventory controls, software licenses, and departmental documentation; * Maintain departmental files organized and up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT * Experience in infrastructure support * Knowledge of environment virtualization * Experience administering Microsoft and Linux environments * Knowledge of IP telephony systems **PREFERRED:** * Completed bachelor's degree in IT or any field with a postgraduate degree in IT * Experience in OCI environments * Knowledge of firewall and network administration * Knowledge of ITIL methodology and IT Governance **Additional Information****Upon Hiring:** ****Fuel Allowance (Sodexo Card) or Transportation Voucher Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (Sodexo Card) Childcare Allowance or Babysitter Allowance Workplace Gymnastics Gympass **After 3 Months:** Education Allowance Language Learning Allowance Unimed Health Plan Uniodonto Dental Plan PPR – Profit Sharing Program Uniform Personal Accident Insurance Medical Emergency SOS **After 6 Months:** Private Pension Plan We are Unimed Central de Serviços, a cooperative that integrates the Unimed-RS Business Cooperative System and whose purpose is to foster development and generate economic value for all Unimed cooperatives in Rio Grande do Sul.
