Contribution to the organization's success. **Painting Assistant \- Fixed-Term Position** **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** Our Industrial division in Portão (RS) has this opportunity to work in the painting field. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting, removing dirt, dust, remnants of old paint, and impurities; * Assisting in mixing paints for application; * Supporting painters during paint application using brushes, rollers, and spray guns; under direct supervision by an experienced professional. * Maintaining workplace organization, ensuring tools and equipment are clean, in good condition, and ready for use. * Moving parts and equipment with the assistance of an overhead crane. * Promoting workplace organization, cleanliness, and maintenance to optimize service quality. * Supporting more experienced professionals. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completion of elementary education. * Experience in production. * NR 11 certification for overhead cranes is desirable. **What We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and fosters professional growth.
