Ability to lead teams and manage costs. **Requirements:** Completed technical course in Mechanics (certificate of course completion must be presented/attached at the time of registration); Ongoing or completed education: Mechanical or Production Engineering, Industrial Automation Technology, Administration, or related field; Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 405–450 points); Knowledge of: Pre-risk analysis; Maintenance processes (corrective, preventive, predictive); Machining and forming machine processes; Problem analysis and resolution tools; Advanced-level hydraulics/pneumatics; Solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Experience in cost and budget management; CAD software knowledge is desirable.
