This position is on-site and based in Esteio/RS, working directly at the Food Ingredients manufacturing facility. Where You’ll Make a Difference * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance across various areas: electrical, hydraulic, welding, carpentry, painting, and boiler-making. * Diagnose failures and perform emergency repairs efficiently and safely. * Apply technical knowledge to ensure equipment and facility reliability. * Use workshop machinery and hand tools for repairs and adjustments. * Serve as a technical reference for less experienced assistants, providing guidance and support. * Consult engineers and suppliers for advanced technical solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices. * Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate * Technical education in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Proven experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of failure diagnosis and emergency repairs. * Proficiency in using various tools and equipment. * Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge. * Familiarity with safety standards and good manufacturing practices. * Availability for on-site work in Esteio/RS.
