**Job Description:** We are looking for a Junior Electronics Technician to work at a technology startup focused on industrial process digitization, based in Novo Hamburgo/RS. The hiring is under a PJ contract with negotiable salary + benefits. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Responsibilities: Perform assembly, soldering (SMD and PTH), and testing of electronic equipment; Develop and program test jigs for equipment; Assist in the development and prototyping of new products, including part modeling; Conduct bench repairs. **Requirements:** Experience in assembly, soldering (SMD and PTH), and testing of electronic equipment; Technical or higher education in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Automation; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, translating technical terms into simpler language.
