Our purpose is what drives us, and our people are our strength. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform specific technical activities within your area of expertise, carrying out analyses, controls, and technical assessments. * Provide technical and operational guidance to teams involved in production processes. * Support decision-making by providing technical opinions and analyses. * Propose improvements for processes within your area of responsibility. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of available resources (machines, equipment, tools, uniforms, PPEs, etc.) and keep your workplace clean and organized, in compliance with Safety Standards and the Quality Management System, following established practices and routines. * Carry out Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive maintenance according to scheduled timelines and demands. Execute corrective actions and improvement activities related to Viemar Autonomous Maintenance (MAV). * Contribute to process improvement by reporting incidents related to departmental demands. Communicate to management the need for materials, supplies, or tools necessary for effective task performance. * Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes of problems. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Automation. * Knowledge in Industrial Electrotechnics, Industrial Electronics, Building Electrical Systems, Industrial Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
