Teamwork and willingness to learn. **CNC Preparer Operator I** **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** The Industrial area in Novo Hamburgo (RS) has this opportunity to work in the operational area. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Read and interpret technical drawings specified in the production order. * Work with production routing sheets, drawings, and fixture plans. * Perform measurements according to tolerances specified in the production order and drawings. * Record requested information in the Quality Inspection Report (QIR). * Maintain equipment and workstation clean and organized. * Inspect products at the beginning and end of operations. * Operate machines, understanding functions used to activate and deactivate compensation. * Use measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, dial indicators, height gauges, and others). * Provide technical leadership within your area of expertise, guiding other colleagues on relevant technical aspects. * Participate in internal and external training sessions, complying with instructions or requests from your immediate supervisor. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completed high school diploma. * Experience operating CNC machines. * Knowledge of technical drawing, metrology, and machine setup. **We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and enables development.
