Import process monitoring **Job Description:** Administrative and financial activities, including accounts payable and treasury, as follows: Execute and monitor domestic and international payments. Manage due dates, deadlines, and supplier negotiations. Conduct banking operations, financial investments, and bank reconciliations. Administer and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and projected cash flow. Liaise with financial institutions for renegotiation of deadlines, credit limits, terms, and other matters. Manage, monitor, and record corporate credit card usage and related policies. Control administrative expenses and payment of fixed bills (electricity, water, telecommunications, internet, systems, etc.). Monitor vehicle documentation (IPVA, insurance, licensing). Control payments and advances to foreign suppliers. Interface with customs brokers and monitor import processes. Verify import documentation (invoices, contracts, payment receipts). Close accounting records for import processes and calculate additional expenses. Support administrative and financial requests. Prepare management reports and spreadsheets. Support management and coordination. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience in accounts payable, treasury, fixed expense management, and imports. Experience in banking relationships. Intermediate/advanced Excel and ERP proficiency. Must reside in Gravataí or have easy access. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance.
